The outside [caged] deck area has a large in-ground solar heated pool with steps and hand rail with underwater lighting. The baby barrier/safety fence can be easily removed if not required. There is outside furniture to include dining table, chairs and lounger, some pool toys and a BBQ.

The garden is mainly laid to lawn, with flower and shrub borders and palm trees, being professionally maintained. The surrounding area is natural habitat with local wildlife and it is very peaceful and secluded.
